Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post. If you have purchased a back ordered items, we will notify you on the delivery times. Package delivery options (Standard, Express, Priority will be available to you during checkout. Shipment rates depend on package size and weight and calculated in real time with Canada Post during checkout. Shipment times will be calculated in real time during checkout based on your location and Canada Post delivery option choosen.
We ship Canada wide only. We do not ship internationally
In the unlikely case of damaged goods, we will ask you to return items to us for further assessment within seven days of delivery. Before shipping item back to us, we might ask you to send us few photos depicting the damage. We will provide you via email with prepaid return label. We appreciate your patience in these type of situations; we will work with your to resolve the issue on a timely manner.
We are not Amazon or Walmart powerhouses when it comes to returns and exchanges. We kindly ask you to do your homework before placing the order.
